Product Design and Education Consultancy
Creative. Innovative. Sustainable. Considered. Human.
Consultancy Partner.
From our small home in Chester, we can help you define, develop, deliver and provide some direction and guidance for you and your product.
We're experienced working with designers, engineers, manufacturers, suppliers and educators to ensure designs are realised to their full potential.
Whilst you might not need all of these services, we will work with you to help determine what your project needs most, and when.
Research
We can help you understand how your product would sit in the market, and what competitors you might have.
We can also help you understand how your product will be received by your potential customers through consumer research and experience mapping.
Doing some detailed research early on will help identify to what extent of development your product should take from here.
Reducing the risk can be one of the most important things to help your product succeed.
We can perform a detailed product Failure, Mode, Effect, Analysis (FMEA) document on your design which will highlight potential risky areas of the design and development process, which could lead to product failures.
Addressing them early and from the start of the design process, will reduce risks and costs long term.

Creation
Manufacture
This is where we will help determine the most efficient way to manufacture your product and also test and verify the materials that will be used during the process. We will do this through a detailed Design for Manufacture (DFM) assessment as a minimum.
You may also need help with the assembly and manufacture of your product. We can help with this too, by sourcing the most appropriate manufacturing location and suppliers for you.
